Terms and Conditions
1. All bookings are subject to a MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel.
2.Tourism Tax (Ttx) was exempted from 01st July 2020 to 31st December 2022, but Ttx will be imposed by the Malaysia Government on Malaysia nationals or non-permanent residents holding a MY PR card from 01st January 2023 onwards.
3.Sales * Service Tax; The Malaysian Government has announced the implementation of 6% SST, effective 01st January 2022 onwards. Final price quoted (+) show below is subjected to 6% SST from 01st January 2022 onwards.
4. A security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon arrival for Damage Deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
5. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
6. Prepayment is required, which the credit card provided shall be charged with full amount of the room charges)
a. (Non-Refundable Reservation) Guest will be charged the total price of the reservation upon confirmation of booking received.
b. (Flexi Promotion) Guest will be charged after the booking passed the free cancellation deadline.
c. Guest will be contacted or notified in writing via contact number provided in order to provide alternative payment for confirmation purposes.
7. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time from the credti card provided.
8. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
9. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type.
10. Infant may stay for free if using existing bed. Note, if you need a cot there may be an extra charge.
11. Children at the age of 2-11 must use an extra bed.
12. Guest over 11 years old are considered as adults.
13. Pets are not allowed.
14. Limited parking provided on site which are subjected to first come first served basis.
